When Mercedes and State Farm insurance roadside assistance both left us stranded Taylor’s Towing came to our rescue. Will was amazing, he drove over an hour to where we were then towed our vehicle over 2 hours back to the Mercedes dealership in Salem. We can’t say thank you enough for helping us!

These guys have by far been the best towing company I've gone through. I had my axel break on the 4th of July and i was in a panic due to being from Washington headed back. so stuck on the side of I5 I was recommended to call Taylor's by an unavailable company and Taylors was super fast and reliable the communication was great and so were the rates.

great and the fly problem solving with my scenario made things easy .They got me off the interstate and to my destination within 35mins. Also worked with me and offered to help me out with overnight storage if needed. Next day I need assistance to get it onto a flat bed and they were on it and came to get her on it

We live in the San Francisco Bay Area. My daughter was on a road trip in Oregon when her car got rear-ended by a drunk on I-5 near Cottage Grove. Taylors Towing was extremely helpful to her and her passengers before towing the car away. When I called the next day for a follow-up, Pat, the man I spoke with, was also helpful and took his time answering all my questions. He reassured me that if the insurance company took the car away, Taylors Towing would find and set aside any of our personal or official stuff from the car. He said that if we couldn't come get it, they'd ship it to us. At a traumatic time like this is our family, Taylors was very professional and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I lost my tire and wheel while going down the freeway at midnight a week ago.  I called this towing company, just picked one off Google, and they were so AMAZING.  They were there with in 30 min. And took every safety precaution to keep me and my kiddos safe. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for being the best tow company ever!!!!

I’m grateful that Taylor's towing is who was called out to retrieve my vehicle after being hit and totalled. This was obviously a stressful time for me, Taylor's retrieved the vehicle quickly, communicated to me what steps I needed to take, and assured me that everything was going to be taken care of while the insurance company was screwing me around.

On top of that,  the whole team at Taylor's towing have been so incredibly kind and professional. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you for making this hard situation a little easier for me.

They were some of the sweetest, kindest individuals I had the fortune to come across. They were so helpful with my elderly father and his car. They worked with us on getting it back into town from a remote place outside of town and storing it temporarily while I made arrangements to get it back up to Portland. They’re reasonably priced, straightforward, collaborative and patient. We couldn’t have had better luck in coming across Taylor’s Towing for our needs.
